The rapper, Chanyeol, will be giving a rare performance of his singing skills on this week's episode of JTBC's "Sugar Man". He is expected to sing a duet with Chen; this will be his first time ever to actually sing on television.
The creator of EXO members' tracks for the show, producer team Black Eyed Pilseung, had only positive remarks about Chanyeol and Chen's singing performance during the filming. “Their tones are excellent. Chen’s soft and sweet voice creates a beautiful harmony with Chanyeol’s manly voice.”
Black Eyed Pilseung was thoroughly impressed with Chanyeol's hidden talent, and was faced with goosebumps after hearing Chanyeol's recording session, according to the producer of "Sugar Man".
Host Yoo Hee Yeol praised Chen and Chanyeol directly after their performance, saying, "Your singing skills are impressive"
“Officially, this was my first time to sing. I’ve never been that nervous in my life,” Chanyeol revealed, proclaiming his nervousness.
The episode of "Sugar Man" featuring EXO and EXID will air on May 24 at 10:50 P.M. KST!! Can't wait!! Go Chanyeol and Chen!
